The Higher School of Tourism and Hotel Industry in Gdansk’s International Hospitality and Tourism Management Diploma program is an intensive diploma program designed specifically to give you the managerial, communication and leadership skills essential to your success.
This degree program involves the following components:
- the hospitality industry and its global envirenment
- the management of technical operations, such as food and beverage, and accommodation
- the hospitality consumer and the service encounter
- human resources management
- convention management and event tourism
- international tourism
- management of leisure resources through concepts of planning and policy

The Internships will give you insights into the industry and a chance to compare theory with practice. Our students are obliged to have an internship period of at least 15 weeks.
